Hello, my name is Vince. I live with my partner Martin on the coast in Essex, UK, about 100km NE of London.

I am a nurse working in Occupational Health (healthcare in the workplace).

I published my first Hub at 23.41 on Saturday 16 January 2010.

It has been a learning curve and I've put up more hubs about the things I enjoy, feel passionate about or just find interesting or funny.

The past year has passed so quickly and I've not published much until today 22 January 2011, it's been a satisfying and relaxing task to write again.
